Is the HeatedPlate dishwasher safe?
No, the HeatKept plate is not dishwasher-safe. While the plate is fully waterproof and can be safely rinsed, washed under running water, or submerged for cleaning, it should not be placed in a dishwasher. The high temperatures, detergents, and wash cycles used in dishwashers may damage internal components over time. For best results, simply wash the plate by hand with soap and water.
Can I use The HeatedPlate in the microwave?
No, The HeatedPlate should NOT be used in the microwave. Its heating components are not designed for microwave use, and doing so may damage the product or pose a safety hazard. Always follow the usage guidelines provided in the manual.
Is the HeatedPlate safe to touch when it’s on?
The center surface of the plate will become hot during use, so we recommend handling it with care. The surface sides, edges, and bottom are designed to remain cool to the touch for safe handling, but always use caution and avoid direct contact with the heated surface.
Can I use the plate outdoors?
Absolutely! The wireless design makes it portable and ideal for outdoor dining or picnics.
What is the warranty period?
